HIMOR is a privately owned land and property company based in the North West of England.

We have built up a large portfolio of Industrial, Office and Retail properties providing space to occupiers seeking straight forward lease solutions.  We offer both long term and flexible leases and treat all our tenants as valued customers.

HIMOR also promotes greenfield and brownfield land opportunities and our portfolio includes a number of opportunities that we are currently promoting through the planning system.  We focus upon creating effective partnerships between landowners, Local Planning Authorities and community groups in order to deliver thoughtful, considered development. We seek to create value through the planning system. Value not only in the land receipts we secure for our partners, but also in terms of the quality of the schemes we produce.
