The company was incorporated in December 2008 and operates under two separate divisions.

We have built up a large portfolio of Industrial, Office and Retail properties and have ambitions to grow this in the future.  Our current acquisition strategy can be seen in the Requirements section.

STRATMOR Ltd is the strategic land and planning promotional arm of the group.  Due to our private funding structure STRATMOR has the ability to specialise in land/property acquisitions and planning promotion agreements throughout the UK.  Please see the STRATMOR section for more information.
