Bill Ainscough

Chairman

Bill has over 30 years house building and property experience.  He has been a Director of a number of public companies and has a variety of commercial interests. He is also the Chairman and owner of Langtree and Wainhomes.

 

Will Ainscough

Group Managing Director

Will is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and specialises in investment transactions and disposals having previously worked in the Fund Management division of Healey & Baker.

 

Mark Booth

Company Secretary & Head of Finance

Mark is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Before joining the company his background was in general practice with a focus on audit.

 

Andrew McFarlane

Non Executive Director

Andrew graduated with a degree in Land Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Hillier Parker in London. After nine years he left to join Threadneedle as an Investment Surveyor on the Eagle Star Life Fund before moving to J Trevor & Webster which, through a series of mergers, became part of Colliers International.
