When we were looking for premises we scheduled several viewings and met with agents and estate managers. Most of them were unresponsive, even after several e-mails or phone calls. Often there were hidden expenses not initially quoted. We looked at all the available office space in Preston and the upshot of this was Norwest Court; a HIMOR property, in the centre of Preston.  It was, without doubt, the best office space available.  We had a very aggressive timetable for moving and found HIMOR exceptionally helpful completing the process in a timely fashion, more surprising as this was in the middle of the summer holidays!
