Norwest Court Offices Fully Let

HIMOR are delighted to announce that Norwest Court in Preston is fully occupied following a letting of three floors totalling 8,228 sq ft.

The space, split over lower ground, first and second floors at Norwest Court on Guildhall Street, has been taken by Local Pensions Partnership Ltd (LPP Ltd), on a new five year lease. They are moving from their existing premises at County Hall on Fishergate Hill into larger premises.

Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and joint agents JLL Manchester acted on behalf of HIMOR. Gerald Eve LLP acted on behalf of the new tenant.

LPP Ltd join other occupiers such as Profile Financial Solutions, Pearson’s Driving Test Theory Centre and Hays Specialist Recruitment.  The property is situated in the heart of Preston’s commercial district, close to the newly renovated Winckley Square, Fishergate and numerous city centre car parks.
